F# minor scale
Tabbed out below is the scale of F# minor played from the 6th (E) string 2nd fret.
The arrangement of notes in all minor scales is exactly the same.
For example, F# minor contains the following notes:

F#     G#     A     B     C#     D     E     F#

 Minor Scales always have the following arrangement of notes:

tone     semi-tone     tone     tone     semi-tone     tone     tone

So,  
F#   -   G#   is a tone
 G#   -   A   is a semi-tone
 A   -   B   is a tone
and so on...

Most important of all, play through the scale as tabbed below and listen carefully...!

Play slowly through the scale using downstrokes at first.
As your left hand fingering becomes more confident, start to use alternate strokes - downstroke / upstroke.
