Reveal The Wall..... 2010

The appeal fund was launched by our MP Gary Streeter at our party held on the 26th September 2009. The aim was to raise enough funds to hack off the disintegrating plaster on the West and South walls. |

| Before our time these walls were plastered which has prevented the solid granite from "breathing" allowing the natural moisture within the stone to evaporate. |

| Chris completed and submitted another application to the "Lottery" for funding for this project and eventually they said yes! So with the aid of everyone who supported this project and the Big Lottery Fund - Awards For All, we were able to start the project in August 2010. |

| The total cost for the project is likely to be over £12,000 once all the redecoration has been completed. We are sure, however, that once you see the photos you'll agree all the mess will be worth it. |
